Southern France is well known for its summer thunderstorms....
Awestruck
Boom! Crash! Bang!
The sky is illuminated by a blanket of light,
the rolling thunder close behind.
A jagged bolt briefly bridges two clouds,
and we stand as it begins to rain, awestruck.

ReplyDeleteYour travel blog looks great and is pleasant to read. The photos smell of lavenda and you can nearly hear "les cigales", makes you want to catch a plane and GOOOOOO
